The below links contain the “Instructor” sections of the New Hire Orientation manuals. Upon hire, all new Staff must complete 40 hours of initial training. As an Administrator it is your responsibility to insure that any and all new Staff working at your facilities complete this training during their first 2 weeks of employment.
The documents under the “Instructor Tools” tab are there to assist you in conducting the Training. The “Documentation” tab contains the documents that must be completed and retained in the employees file as evidence that the training has been completed.
It is your responsibility as Administrator to conduct this training, and insure all documentation is completed and delivered to the Main Office to be filed in the Employee’s chart.
The “Trainee” sections of the Training Manuals can be found under the “Employee Portal” tab of this website. If Internet access is a problem for your new hire, A hard copy of these same materials is available at the main office.
